Cancellation Policy
Nurá Esthetics Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policy:
Appointment Cancellations
* Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-Shows
* Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals
* Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete the service safely and without impacting other appointments.
Deposits
* Any required booking deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if the appointment is changed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
